In 2007, the Supreme Court issued a remarkable number (four) of important, pro-business antitrust decisions. Last Fall’s [2006] column discussed two of these cases pre-decision – Twombly v. Bell Atlantic Corp. and Weyerhaeuser Co. v. Ross-Simmons Hardwood Lumber Co. Here, we visit briefly the Court’s two other heavily-anticipated decisions: Leegin Creative Leather Products, Inc. v. PSKS, Inc., 551 U.S. ___ (June 28, 2007), and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC v. Billing, 551 U.S. ___ (June 18, 2007).
